Before Installation: Check These 5 Things
1. Floor/wall load capacity: Stone sinks (15-80 kg) need confirmed structural support. Bathtubs (200-400 kg) require structural engineer assessment.
2. Drain size: Most Oceania sinks use standard 32mm or 40mm Indian drain fittings. Confirm with your plumber before order.
3. Faucet hole size: Single-hole faucets are standard. 3-hole configurations available on request.
4. Silicone sealant: Use only stone-compatible, pH-neutral silicone. Never use acidic silicone on marble.
5. Seal before installation: Apply stone sealer to all surfaces before installation to protect against construction moisture.
Vessel/Countertop Sink Installation (most common)
Step 1: Position vanity cabinet at correct height (standard 75-80cm from floor to top of cabinet)
Step 2: Cut hole in vanity top for drain pipe if needed (or use solid-top vanity)
